DONATOR is a private equity fund of funds that was initiated by Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in the form of a GmbH & Co. KG in the year 2000. This programme was created with consulting expertise from SOLUTIO. With a subscription volume of 90 million euros, the fund of funds participates in a total of 15 investment programmes with investment focal points in Europe and the USA. Through DONATOR, investors gain access to a portfolio of high yield private equity investments, with broad diversification according to regions, sectors and investment stages.

SCHRODER VENTURES INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT TRUST

Schroder Ventures International Investment Trust (SVIIT) is a Public Limited Company in accordance with English and Welsh law, the shares of which have been traded on the London Stock Exchange since its initial public offering (IPO) in May 1996. SVIIT participates preferentially in Schroder Ventures funds (today Permira) as well as in operative companies. In addition, SVIIT participates in listed and non-listed companies from the venture capital / start-up sector. In cooperation with a German insurance company, SOLUTIO has made this fund of funds accessible for the premium reserve stock of German insurance companies and pension funds.
