The strategic investment programme CROWN PREMIUM IV invests predominantly in the medium-sized buyout segment, and selectively in the special situations and venture/growth capital segments, as well. Cumulatively, the share of buyout and special situations should amount to at least 70%. The regional focal points are in Europe and the USA. For portfolio structuring purposes, management benefits from long-standing relationships with first-class private equity teams, which have been established during the course of predecessor programmes. In addition to newly established programmes (primaries), CROWN PREMIUM IV also participates opportunistically in secondary transactions.
